From the very beginning, the Foundation has focused on supporting children from disadvantaged families. Many families in our area face difficult life circumstances, and our child development programs provide them with real assistance.
Since 2012, our priority has been establishing social and professional cooperation to improve children’s mental and physical health and enhance their academic performance. In 2013-2014, the Foundation implemented a project in which 60 children participated in various development programs, and we began strengthening the capacity of Ukrainian NGOs working with children from disadvantaged families.
The “Confident Start” Children’s Home, operating within our Foundation, serves as a safe haven for children and their mothers. Launched in 2017 based on the Hungarian model, this project has since supported many single and large families, provided guidance, and, in some cases, helped entire households. Due to the program’s success, the expansion of “Confident Start” services was planned for 2021.
